Returns & Replacements

We make these hats to last. But if something's wrong when it arrives, we want to make it right.

What we cover

We'll replace any hat that arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage — no hassle, no hoops. This includes:


  • Defects in the embroidery (unraveling, misalignment, skipped stitching)

  • Structural issues with the hat itself (broken snap, bent brim from shipping)

  • Wrong item sent


If we're sold out of your hat by the time we hear from you, we'll issue a full refund instead.

What we don't cover

These are limited-edition hats sold as-is. We don't accept returns for:


  • Change of mind

  • Fit or sizing preference

  • Minor color variation between screen and real life (embroidery thread colors can vary slightly)

  • Hats that have been worn

How to start a claim

Email us at tanner@trailbent.com within 14 days of delivery with:


  1. Your order number

  2. A photo of the issue (or the wrong item you received)


We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days. If we approve the claim, we'll ship a replacement at no cost to you. If your hat is sold out, we'll process a full refund to your original payment method.
